£6 billion investment to convert Royal Albert Dock into the capital’s next business district; and
the creation of the UK's largest floating village at Royal Victoria Dock.

Sited on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway), ExCeL's Custom House Station is only a few minutes walk from entrance.
The ExCeL campus hosts an impressive eight hotels, meaning a good night’s sleep is never more than just a few minutes’ walk from the exhibition. Hotels include the budget Ibis and Premier Inn; mid-range Novotel and DoubleTree by Hilton; luxury Crown Plaza and Aloft London ExCeL; and even two floating hotels the Sunborn London Yacht hotel and the Good Hotel London recently towed across from Amsterdam.
